Seguin board learning teens

Using the short bead stair and ten bars children count up to nineteen. As a highlight they all start as 1 ten and you simply place a number over the ones column to make the teen number. Indirectly they learn addition to make these numbers: 10 and 2 is twelve. This is shown with quantity and symbol.
